Our full automatic Size Interchangeable Z Purlin Roll Forming Machine has matched with hex nuts, and with special hexagon spanner,  it is more convenient for adjusting different material width. 

Considering the purlin raw material thickness is bigger, not good feed material head into  purlin roll forming machines by manual, we designed the feeding rollers are driven by main motor and transported by sprocket chain, it can save human power when producing.

The straightening rollers for this Size Interchangeable Z Purlin Roll Forming Machine are total nine piece, and the straightening rollers diameter is 90mm, more bigger rollers more better straightening effective.

See the forming rollers, all are made from Cr12 material, this type of roller material is much more harder, it is good for roll forming hard high tension grade steel coil, then the power is bigger enough.

This Size Interchangeable Z Purlin Roll Forming Machine  is interchangeable type, the Z purlin size can be from 120mm to 300mm, one machine side is fixed and the other size is movable for producing different purlin sizes. 

There are three portable electric buttons to control the three machine fame moving, for operation these buttons, we can adjust the machine to produce Z purlin size you need.  The operator also can change purlin size on PLC control system, after you set the size what you want, start the machine, it can move to correct position for the size you are prefer to, this is the full automatic Size Interchangeable Z Purlin Roll Forming Machine.
