This non-stop cutting glazed tile roll forming machine is high speed type, there is running guider rail for pressing tile section and cutting off section at the end of machines. After finished roll forming roof sheet, the roof sheet will go inside the tile pressing mold and cutting section, and cutting section is running on the guider rail then working at the same time. To do this work can improve the whole glazed tile roll forming machine line speed reach at about 5-6m/min

For measuring the running speed, tile length, cutting length, we have installed encoder sensor on this non-stop cutting glazed tile roll forming machine, in order to keep the length precision, the encoder should touch the roof sheet surface well.  All the hydraulic pipes are wore by spring sleeve, it is for keeping the pipe won't be easy broken.
